By making a payment on this website, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction will appear under the name Cream Creations, which is the authorized legal entity responsible for payment collection, invoicing, and financial processing for Cake Ki Pathshala. 

Batch Timing and Schedule

Class dates, timings, duration, and batch size may vary depending on course availability, trainer availability, and operational requirements. Cake Ki Pathshala reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify class timings if required.

Student Attendance and Participation

Course recipes, notes, videos, images, training materials, and other learning resources shared by Cake Ki Pathshala are for personal learning use only. Students are not allowed to copy, sell, publish, forward, or distribute them without written permission.

Certificates

Cake Ki Pathshala may provide certificates after successful course completion, depending on the selected course. Certificates may be issued only after the student completes the required training, practical work, and payment obligations.

Certificate spelling and student details must be checked by the student at the time of submission. Cake Ki Pathshala will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect details submitted by the student.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course bookings, registration fees, or advance payments are generally non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing by Cake Ki Pathshala.

If a student cannot attend a scheduled batch, Cake Ki Pathshala may allow batch transfer or adjustment based on availability and management approval. No refund or adjustment will be guaranteed for no-shows, late attendance, incomplete participation, or voluntary course withdrawal.
